Hi leemarkan.

Can you send me your project file?
I'd be happy to take a look.
I can't say why the project is reacting slowly.

Send files to: matt@zaxwerks.com

I am having the same problem. I purchased via Digital Juice and downloaded via the link sent. (v 4.3.1 for windows)

Installed ProAnimator standalone per instructions.

Run the program.
Selected Create 3d Text, typed in text, selected OK
Drag an object style onto text...this took about 30secs to do.
Clicked on "Try"...
One frame eventually rendered, after 20 seconds or so...
Then entire program just stops.

Computer is 2GMem, Dual Core. Runs my other apps (Vegas, etc.) without problem.

Zaxwerks Tech Support helped me solve my problem, which seems to be yours, also.

In my case, my video card hardware acceleration was the culprit. I turned it off and ProAn works just fine.

Right-click on desktop. Select Settings. Select Advanced. Select Troubleshoot. Adjust Hardware Acceleration slider. I had to set mine to 0, but try setting it to half at first, then go from there.
