XDCam Transfer PAL problem

Not sure what's going on here... but

I'm using XDCam Transfer 2.7.0 which has been working fine with NTSC. Now I have a project in PAL and when I attempt to open the disks I'm getting the error message "The clip thumbnail could not be saved to the cache as it was an unrecognized format." Huh?? This worked just fine a little over a year ago (the last time I had to shoot and finish in PAL).

Any ideas on what's wrong, and more importantly how I can QUICKLY find a fix? Thanx in advance for a solution.

Sure, I will but... dumb question... isn't 2.7.0 a higher version number than 2.12 ?

As always, Thanks Flo! Worked like a charm. I knew of the existence of 2.12 but logically assumed it was either for something else or an earlier version. And it actually fixes a few of the annoyances of 2.7. Version 2.12 coming AFTER version 2.7. Hmmm... funny these Japanese. Now back to my second PAL project in as many years. Wonder what issues I'll have with deliverables.

Err, duh! Thanx for the math lesson, Michael. But one doesn't come after seven. 3.0 comes after 2.7 in the software world in which the vast majority of companies live.
