Update issues...

Updated from 12.7 to 13.0.5 and lost all video in and out! All video in and out options in the drop down menus are grayed out except Firewire. Also lost my preview monitor via Black Magic HD link to run Apple cinema HD display.
Specs:
Dual 3.2 QC intel mac
OS 10.5.8
QT 7.6.2
AJA LHe 6.0.3 (Also Tried 6.5 & 7.1)
Any ideas?

13.0.5 should run with the Kona 6.0.3 drivers on OSX 10.5.8. Try reinstalling them (the right ones for your card). Does the Aja Control Panel recognize the board? If yes, try uninstalling and reinstalling V13.0.5

Jeremy,

If all the I/O's are grayed out and you have the correct driver you may have installed producer, not the hardware version of M100 .

What's the name of the installer you ran?

You NAILED it! I had Producer installed. I just Installed M100 Suite, and I'm good to go. Thanks for the reality check!
