WTB: Canon XH-A1/A1S, willing to trade for Nikon D70 D-SLR

I'm looking to get a hold of a used XH-A1 or A1S for under $2,000. I'm also willing to discuss supplementing the deal with a trade of my Nikon D-70, which I no longer use and would come with a wireless shutter release, a flash that's only been used once (the make and model i'm forgetting at the moment but would be able to fill in the details in a few days when I'm home), and a lightmeter (which I will also have to check out in a few days). I also have some other film photographic equipment that i'd be willing to throw in if you're into that whole thing including a Canon AE-1, a couple of Pentax K1000's and a Rolleiflex TLR. My home base is in New York city, and time is of the essence.
