I got as far as the "Play Track" button on the audio section, but nothing happened when I clicked on it.

Is there a way to listen to samples of the audio on the various collections?

Thanks.

Kurt,

I've gone through and sampled multiple audio pages. Everything seems to be working on my end, can you send me a link to a specific clip that is giving you problems?

Thanks!

I clicked on Audio, then Collections, then chose Screening Room, then "Chasing Shadows". I got the track listing and two buttons. One said "Playtrack", the other said "Download". The "Playtrack" was in gray, btw.

When the list of tracks came up, I clicked on one of them, and its details appearedd on the right hand side. I then clicked on the Playtrack button, and it turned an orange colour and seemed to be doing something. But within a few seconds it reverted to gray, and the page returned to normal, but no sound had been played.

Maybe my comp is missing a codec. Is there a special codec required to play these samples, Sean?

Kurt,

I don't think you need a specific codec, I'll double check with Abraham on that. When you click the play track button and it turns into an orange load icon, this is loading the track in to the player. This should play after a second or two. You should also be able to replay the track as many times as you like in the player window.

I'll double check with Abraham on the specs.

Hello Kurt,

What is your browser version and what version of Flash player are you using?

It may be you need to install or upgrade one of these.

Abraham

Hello Kurt,

Can you try upgrading to IE9 and see if that helps? Microsoft made some major improvements between IE8 and IE9. If you are stuck in IE8 because of an older OS you might try using FF or Chrome as these are generally considered better browsers for the modern web.

Yep, I tried using Firefox, and it worked.

Thanks, Abraham.

Kurt.
