Im trying to track a scene where my subject is running and i am following him. I want to be able to put explosions in the scene but i can't figure what I'm doing wrong i have tried tracking with CameraTracker Boujou and Mocha and nothings working. The scenes never work when parented and idk how to get this VFX done any help would be great

You should be able to easily track the ground plane using mocha and a simple (scale, transform, rotate export).
1. Draw a shape around the ground and avoid the actor in the FG. Track.
2. Turn on the surface and gird to view the track.
3. Export to desired compositing application. (copy paste to AE)

Without knowing more about your workflow, it is difficult to suggest a solution.

Yes but some of the placed I want to do the exPlostions pass the camera and I want them to follow those points

Should still not be an issue and for this particular shot, mocha's 2D tracking should be all you need.

You have plenty to track with houses, ground etc. You can also use mocha to roto the actor to comp explosions behind.

Yes but the explosion is not sticking to one spot just a general area I have squared off

It sounds like you do not have a good track. Best bet is to watch more tutorials and provide more detail (or your project) to the mocha support team to see what the issue is.
