DVCPro HD 1080i/60 playback on Sony HVR M15U jagged

Using DVCPro HD 1080i/60 footage in FCP6. Timeline sequence setting is same as footage. Output to Sony HVR M15U coming across looking jagged. Output using Firewire Port, HDV/DV settings on Sony tape deck. I see the picture on my monitor, the video plays back but it looks jagged. Anyone know why?

Probably because the M15 is a HDV deck, DVCPro HD is a form of Mjpeg where HDV is Mpeg2
