Sony AVCHD import back to camera?

Ok, I have a sony handycam model HDR-SR10. I would like to edit the footage in AE or VEGAS and import it back to the camera. in essence put footage on the camera. Does anyone know how to do this? Do I need to write a script for the cam? is this done often?

AFAIK this is basically a one way cam, playback to computer, compatible DVD recorder, or TV system
