wide angle conversion lens

wide angle conversion lens

I'm looking for a conversion lens or adapter that can give me a wider view than the .7 that comes with the DSR-PD170.
Any suggestions on what you have used would be very much appreciated!

Century Optics makes a .65, .55 and a .3x fisheye. Send me an email if you need help getting them.

Are these converters or adapters you speak of?
I'm assuming the only difference is the converter you can zoom through and the adapter you can not. Is that correct?

From my understanding, the .65 is zoom through, the .55 is partial zoom (on the wide end) and the .3 fisheye is no zoom.
