I think you mean to say 2/3 of the "normal RECORDING LENGTH." Of course, it uses the same size miniDV tape as other DV camcorders. Since the PD100 only records at DVCAM speed, it will record on a "60 min." DV tape only for about 40 minutes before it runs out. Respond to this post   •   Return to posts index
