Tape got stuck in Sony DSR-11 - What to do?
It is not my own deck; therefore it is a very unpleasant situation I am in! Anyone know how to deal with this problem! I am afraid to bring serious damage to the machine.

Turn off DSR11.
UNPLUG the power cord of DSR11.
Wait 10 minutes.
Plug in power cord, turn on DSR11.
Try to eject tape.
If tape is still stuck, try the above again.
If tape is still stuck, you need a qualified service person
(or someone with more experience) to open the deck and manually remove the tape.

Dear Matte
First of all thank you for the very quick (and polite ;-))reply.
Because of this deadline (they are always there!) I had to take some risks, and I took my screwdriver ...... I was able to remove the tape, unfortunately it was broke, but the DSR still works!
