Hours of focus group footage to DVD

I've been talking with a branding company who will need to do a great deal of research with focus groups.

I'm trying to find a solution that will allow me to convert hours of post focus group footage, add a timecode window, and then burn multiple DVDs that can be reviewed by the client and their internal team (6-10 copies).

Other than being in a mac based environment, no purchases have been made toward this effort, so this is a clean slate if any of you have workflow solutions or alternatives to physical DVD's.

Cameras, software, disk burners, etc. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for your suggestions.
