Asus P5WD2-E Premium will not boot.

Trying to build a computer with an Asus P5WD2-E Premium board and Pentium D 805 CPU. I was attracted by the overclocking potential.

However, I can't get it to boot. When I hit the power switch all I get is power to the CPU fan and the video card. No beeps, no keyboard, nothing on the monitor - nada. I can't get into the bios as it is not reading the keyboard. I tryed reseating the CPU and also clearing the CMOS. No change. It currently has the 0501 bios.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
