I've only have a few moments to click around but found a few significant fixes. So I'll start the list:

- During Playback, zooming the timeline with the keyboard doesn't send you to the end of the timeline
- Scale controls on timeline now update live
- Synchronize Clips now works if you have multiple non overlapping video clips for a single audio clip. (huge!)
- Preroll and Post Roll settings in preferences work.
- HDV Footage with "better performance" doesn't look nearly as bad. Way less flashing.
- Timeline feels much snappier.

Found some more.

- Timeline index now includes sortable columns: name, roles, & notes, and you can edit the values! (huge!)
- Zooming on the timeline now really centers on the playhead if skimming off, skimmer if skimming on
- Inspector updates more consistently to the clip selected.
- Startup is much faster.

Great! I'm little bit disappointed that still in/out points are not remembered. And there's no way to tell my SD clips are anamorphic. Pretty basic things. Anyway roles are really big thing.

- One thing that seems to be working now are hold frames and speed changes. Hurray!

Was there before possibility to add markers in events to clips? Maybe there was... I just now noticed it first time.

Yes, that existed before.

On Color Board you can move all control points now simply with arrow keys.

Title positioning in Lion was completely broken. It's been fixed. This was a major bug.

It seems to me that audio skimming (slowly) works better now, even when not all the way zoomed in on timeline. Or am I just imagining?

With 10.0.0 I had rendering artifacts (known for machines with dual graphics cards). So far did not see this with 10.0.1 but also have no confirmation.

On the downside, the update has broken a few custom Effects I built in Motion.

• OSC controls no longer publish-able from deactivated layers in Motion.

• Link between OSC control and position property on one effect broken

• Keyframing broken on another effect.

I guess this is the unintended consequence of making Motion into an effect builder for FCPX, it's turned all of us into plug-in developers who have to release dot fixes for our own custom effects.
