Yes, there is an effect. I think it's called... cartoon!

Alright so installed the program/effect- There was a prompt to import the feature to FCP & I checked it, but I do not see the effect in the effect list anywhere- Restarted and still nada- Also dont see an App for the program and cant find any instructions on how to use it-

Any advice pls

As far as I know, the NewBlueFX plugin is FCP7 only. The first reply was referring to the cartoon plugin that ships with FCPX. Other than that, thes a cartoon plugin for FX Factory and Boris have one. Both for FCPX.

The free Cartoonr has not been updated to work with FCPX at this time. If you need the effect now, you can use Cartoonr Plus found in Paint Effects which will work in FCPX.
