September Presets? Downloaded but no new Presets?

Well, there was I, all excited and droooooling at the LOOK of the new Presets, at FX Central . . Downloaded. Clicked on the Genarts Icon on my new Win7 64bit machine . . Fire up Vegas . . . add SE Film Style Fx to a Event on the Timeline . . . and click on "Load Presets" . . . no new presets . . .

Please advise . . my heart is saddened beyond repair . .

Same here on Win XP 32bit.
August ones appear to be OK.

Me, a Sapphire... Gee, thanks! :)

Happy to announce this problem has just been resolved -- we had a processing problem with the file and apologize for the error!

You should be able to re-download the collection to working order now. Please let me know if you have any issues at all.

However they still go into the wrong directory on Win-XP.

Same thing in Win7 64bit. Need to get them swapped into the correct Folder.

Allison, I'm running Sapphire Edge with Sony Vegas Movie Studio HD Platinum 11 (build 283). When I download new presets from FX Central they just appear to be going to my "Downloads" folder. Can you tell me the process for proper installation of the files?

Hi Graham,

I was able to replicate downloading the presets.

You may just need to exit Vegas and re-open it.

If that doesn't work, go to the following path (on Windows) to see if they have been downloaded:

C:ProgramDataGenartsSapphireEdgepresetsgenarts

If that still doesn't work, please contact me through our quickie support form at http://www.genarts.com/support/form.
