Dear All...

I'm in the middle of creating ticker, Character Generator and Fullscreen application using Macromedia Director.
my hope is that the output will show in Video Card which act as a second monitor in my PC
My question is.. what Video Card that able to read alpha channel of my PICT File, so the file will show as an overlay graphic??

I don't think Director allows for this. It just shows 24 bits images on screen, and uses alpha internally for compositing.

You could get a blackmagic card and their SDK, see if you can write something that does this, and shell to that.

Do report back your findings, as i'm interested as well!

actually I've done this with blackmagic card on Mac G4.
but I wonder what other Card which can supply this method in PC as blackmagic now is not support on second monitor again.
