MAC hybrid DVD burn problem

This problem is killing me! I have created a projector for PC & MAC from Director 11 PC and everything works fine when launched from the Hard Drive. PC exe works on PC and MAC app works on MAC until...I burn a DVD-ROM. I'm using Toast on a MAC making a custom hybrid. After I burn the disc the mac app wants to install shockwave and then looks for an INI file etc. What am I doing wrong? It is a standard projector with all xtras embedded...so no need for shockwave and besides it works when run off the hard drive! HELP!!

I'm having the same problem, for some reason when toast creates the disc it destroys all the alias' in the main executable i.e. .app i got round it by edit in the content of the app before burning it and removing the alias' and replacing them with a copy or there respective targets withing the contents folder.

its a total hack but it seems to work.
