QTVR interactivity in Director?

hi everyone, my question concerns QTVR In Director. I'm kinda new to this software.. All i want is a sort of interactivity in the .mov file i have inserted in my Stage. Meaning that i would like some spots or objects of my QTVR to be "moused over", and take me to another scene or picture.. Could this be done in Director? Thank you for your time!
