FLV Video Files in Director 11
by Carl Crawford on Apr 30, 2008 at 1:40:41 pm

I have been trying to clear up this mystery. I have heard that you can import FLV video files into Director. I have heard that you can't (by Adobe Tech. Support). When I go to import FLV files in Director 11, those files are grayed out. The only way I could get the vide to import was to compress it is as an SWF. So if you can import and FLV video into director and what lingo code to you use to control the playback?

Thanks,
Carl

i would use an SWF player in Director to play the FLV...
(have never tried it though, as other video file formats are easier/better)
