After registering with Lightworks I have not been sent an e mail to activate my registration which would enable me to log in and use the product. If I try to join with another password it of course tells me someone already exists at that e mail address. Catch 22! How do I become activated? Can I contact Lightworks? Dave Jordan

On the official website has a section lwks.com Support.
You can fill out a form and report the problem.
Even you can try to write a letter to the email address firstname.lastname@example.org Make sure you accurately describe in detail your problem question.
