I seem to be having issues compressing an alpha channel with the On2 VP6 codec out of Squeeze.

Rendering Flash video out of AE (Media Encoder), the alpha channel is clean, and almost appears interpreted straight. Out of Squeeze, irrespective of any setting, I get a black outline, and adjusting the alpha data rate doesn't make any difference. Adjusting the source material from PNG+ based QuickTimes vs Animation+ doesn't seem to make a difference either.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

Nate
