 | Dolby DSS200 recognizes my DCPs but does not play them

Hello there!
My first attempt to create DCP for a feature has failed and I'd like to find out why.
So, here's what I have and how I created the DCPs:
I have a 1hr 57min long feature in Full HD format with 5.1 LPCM sound.
I created a 8-bit TIFF sequence for picture in 2048x1080 resolution.
LPCM sound is in exactly the same lenght as image in WAVE format (each channel as sepparate WAVE file).
I also have a subtitle script in SRT format for this film.
I used two freeware DCP creation programs - OpenDCP v0.21 and DCP Creator v0.2.
Tests were done using Dolby DSS200 server with 3.1.234 firmware version.
First with OpenDCP:
I rendered JPEG2000 with OpenDCP using XYZ conversion. Then I wrapped that JPEG2000 sequence (125 Mbps) and 5.1 WAVE files in SMPTE 24fps MXFs. Finally I created DCP with one reel (I couldn't figure out how to create a multireel DCP using OpenDCP). In this DCP I didn't add any subtitles because OpenDCP does not accept SRT scripts.
Then I created another SMPTE DCP with the same feature in 25fps (just to test whether can hande 25fps SMPTE DCP). Of course I had another set of WAVE files for 25fps version to match the lenght of 25fps picture. To create this DCP I did all the same processes as with 24fps DCP, except the framerates.
As I needed a DCP version with subtitles, I found out that DCP Creator software accepts SRT subtitle scripts. So I created a 24fps SMPTE DCP with subtitles using this software. In this case I used the same TIFF sequence, the same 24fps 5.1 WAVE files as with Open DCP. Conversion to JPEG2000 was done by DCP Creator (also 125 Mbps). I also split the whole film in 5 reels (each 25 minutes), as DCP Creator allows this.
So in the end I got 3 DCPs:
One 24fps SMPTE single-reel without subtitles created with Open DCP;
One 25fps SMPTE single-reel without subtitles created with Open DCP;
One 24fps SMPTE multi-reel (5 reels) with subtitles created with DCP Creator. Each in ~110 Gb size.
I coppied them to one HFSJ formatted USB hard drive and brought it to cinema where they were successfully coppied to DSS200's internal HDD.
Server recognized all three DCPs. Unfortunetly none of them could be played back - those two created with OpenDCP just didn't start to play (although they were successfully added to playlist) and the one with subtitles dropped out a error message that file is corrupted and projector shut down.
Any ides why they behave like this? I didn't add any restrictions to those DCPs. I also didn't add XML digital signatures.
