Hello!

We are growing past emailing compressions of spots to clients and looking to streamline the whole process. Here's what I need to do:

1) From the desktop upload a compressed file, (.mov/.wmv under 10MB are the compressions we email).

2) Have the file stay in a password protected client area until deleted by me.

3) Once uploaded, a link for that file is generated and emailed to me.

4) Forward that link to clients who can click on it and have the video begin playing. It should be able to play on Windows, Mac, iPhone/iPad, and Android platforms.

5) Let the client log-in to their password protected area, (with a customized UI) to download any file they choose.

I have been searching for weeks and have found many services that get close but don't do it all. We currently have software deployed on an ftp server with it's own domain name. It covers the password/client area requirement but it is very clumsy to use and chokes on large files, (over 200 MB).

Has anyone out there heard of a service or website deployable software that meets my 5 needs? I would greatly appreciate any and all suggestions. Thanks! - Nik

It'll be easier to chime in if you mention the sites you already looked at and ruled out.

Sorenson 360 and DigiDelivery are two obvious candidates - but I don't know if they do all 5.

You might have a look at MediaSilo as well.

I agree, MediaSilo looks like it ticks all of your boxes.
