Make clips from master clip PLEASE HELP!

Hello,
I got roped into a HUGE project for work. I need to make individual
clips of japanese sounds. i.e the prof. says 1 . ano 2. agi and so on. I recorded the whole thing as a lesson. It goes to 56 seperate sounds, which is 56 seperate files. Multiply this by 45 lessons....
Is there in FCP or ANY other program that will make clips if I marked them, like chapter markers or anything like that?? I am thinking there has to be. It will take forever to export each one seperate.

Hello Scott and welcome to the Cow Audio Forum.
If I were you, I'd use a simple DAW software like Pro Tools LE put the track on a timeline, cut out the parts you don't need and export the entire remaining timeline of parts you want.
