G'day,
My task is to create a flash of light that emerges from a car going over a hill. I have the clip of the car, it goes over the hill and almost out of sight. The shot is for a music video so it does not need to be perfect, but I would like the flash to emerge from the horizon. Is there already an effect in Premiere Pro or a way of creating this effect?
An example of such an effect is from the movie "Pirates of the Caribbean 3 - At World's End" when there is a green flash on the horizon of the ocean near the very end of the film.
