I haven't read anything about changes to the scopes in CS6, are they in the same, quite sad, state as in CS5.5? Are there any third party options or should we look at external hardware (yes, this is always more accurate but internal scopes are sometimes a nice bonus).

Slightly off topic. I have a Blackmagic Decklink card and I use to HD converted to SD component output to feed a Tektronix WFM. These SD scopes are very cheap now and when set up gives good enough quality.
