premiere cs5.5 problem with colours importing dslr footage

hi,

could anyone help me?

the problem is when I import dslr footage into premiere cs5.5 it gets low contrast and colour.
like in the picture below.
on the left u can see dslr file opened in wmp
on the right the same file already in premiere cs5.5

does anyone know what's goin on?
i'll be very pleased to hear any advise
