Adobe Premiere pro CS3 audio/video sync problems

Hoping someone will be able to help Me out here

I am a drummer who records covers for Youtube. Video and audio are recorded separetly and then edited together in Premiere Pro CS3. My problem, and for whatever reason it only occurs in this particular video, is that the rendered preview i'm working with in the workspace has everything lined up and synced perfectly but when i export the final product using the media encoder (Youtube preset but with Pal instead of Ntsc) then the audio and video are out of sync. I don't understand how it can be fine inside of premiere and out of sync when exported? And also why it is only this particular video when the one i recorded with the same settings is perfect?

The sample rate of the audio is 1536kbs and i was exporting at 48kbs. I'm exporting now at as close to 1526kbs as i can get it to see if it'll work. Thanks!
