Premiere Pro CS3 with Black Magic Intensity Pro

I am running Premiere Pro CS3 with a Black Magic Intensity Pro capture card.. I am having issues getting the Intensity Pro to show up as a capture device in my capture settings. When I am in my project settings under the Capture tab with the Capture format I should be able to see the Blackmagic Card in the drop down menu. All that I have showing up is DV Capture and HDV capture.

Sorry Figured it out.. Forgot to upload my plugin files into my Premiere Pro Directory..
