Older versions to output directly to Flash Video

Hello -

I am looking to pick up an older version of Premiere Pro that has the ability to export directly to .FLV format. I am seeking an older version because I don't have 700 bucks to spend. I am using Elements right now for this purpose.

Does anyone know which of the older version(s) of Pro that export directly to flash video? I am having trouble finding such information online.

I'm pretty sure they only started including it with Premiere Pro 2.0

There is also this free flv encoder if you don't mind exporting to uncompressed first.
