There are a few things you can try, but you may have to fall back on auto-save files.

Try deleting the media cache in your preference, and deleting preview files as well. Also, move the footage folder to a difference location, and in fact try breaking the footage in separate sub folders in case you have a corrupted file. That will force Premiere to relink the clips one by one and help isolate corruption issues.

Finally, try importing it into a new project.

Hi now is me with the same problem I tried all Vince's suggestions( Cache-Auto save-previews, move files, no import:says dynamic link error, etc etc.) and nothing, I assume I have one Sequence corrupted, because last thing I did was to experiment with a sequence in Cineform mode with a trial of Prospect HD.
Even restoring windows won't open, there is a way access that timeline and delete it? before opening the project.. I lost 2 full days of editing..!!! please help.

Hi Diego,

Can you send me the project file? I'll see what I can do on my side.
