Importing mov files into premiere pro

OK, I've got a Panasonic HPX170. I shot some footage (shot in DVCPRO 100 720p 30) and converted the MXF file to a .MOV file via FCP. I put the .mov files on a portable hard drive and gave them to a production house that uses Premiere PRO cs3 on a mac. They cannot view the .mov files nor will then import into Pre Pro. Then can see that there is a .mov file on the hard drive put can't play it. Even with QT Pro, no dice.
When they try to import into Pre Pro it says they are missing a codec. Any suggestions as to how to get them into Premiere?

The DVCPRO100 .mov codec, like the HDV .mov codec, is exclusive to FCP, and not available with Quicktime player unless FCP is installed. You need something like the Raylight plug-in, which will enable the DVCPRO100 .mov codec without FCP installed.
Note that native DVCPRO100 and HDV will work in Premiere without the plug-in.
