Need to export HD video out of Premiere Pro CS3 and into FCP for a client
by Kyle Conner on Sep 3, 2009 at 3:58:55 pm

I have an hour long HD video in Premiere Pro CS3 and need to send it to someone who will import it into FCP so they can air it. I was going to export it via h.264, but it appears that FCP doesn't like this format. Does anyone know the best way to accomplish this?

Best option: Quicktime Animation, it's going to be a big file.

Quicktime Mjpeg is also very good. I would stay away from H.264
