PPro deinterlacing
by Ignacio Simon on Jul 2, 2009 at 6:05:11 pm

I have made several tests and found that I cant see differences between Premiere Pro CS3 and Magic Bullet deinterlazing. Even comparing with MB frames plus. Is it possible? A I doing something wrong? I cant believe it because PPro CS3 deinterlazing is much more quicker and the MB is expensive. Do you know if PPro CS3 deinterlazing works with motion estimation like MB?

Thank you very much.

Simon.

Why do you want to deinterlace?
DVD's do not need deinterlacing.
Only files for the web or pc need deinterlacing.

PPCS3 Just drops a field so I would expect MB to be much better.
Maybe try your test again include some text and have look for jaggies
good luck
