CS3 crashed (twice) asked for uninstall and re-intall

CS3 crashed (twice) asked for uninstall and re-intall

This has happened twice in the last seven days. It was working fine, I added a couple of short audio tracks and then it crashed. I rebuilt it along with the matrox rtx2le, but again today it required another uninstall/re-install. What has happened?

Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
