Ideas for effects on an Entertainers Demo?
by Jerry Cast on Jun 9, 2009 at 2:31:51 pm

Hi,

I have a musical act that I'm finishing a 10 minute demo on.

I'm singing Sinatra, and all eras up to the 70', while also doing some comedy, guitar playing and dancing (sort of).

I'm just about done after using CS3 and AE for animated titles.

Was just wondering about maybe doing some final interesting effects, but don't really know these programs well enough.

I think somewhere I saw a frame get "frozen" and the it sort of turned into a cartoonish type of image. Things along that line I figured would be nice.

I"m also having trouble finding the right kind of low key, high energy music to lay beneath the on camera testimonials that people are giving while sitting in a chair as I'd know if it I heard it, but haven't had any luck by searching the net and it got a bit overwhelming.

Of course I don't want to overdo it and overpower the basic demo, but any ideas or suggestions would be helpful.

Thanks!

Jerry
