Premiere CS3, export to DVD, where is it?

I have been using PP 2.0 for the last 2 years and we just purchased a new PC with CS3. I run a small high school studio and don't need to author many DVD's so I have become quite comfortable 'exporting to DVD' under the file menu of PP 2.0.

However, upon review, it looks like that option is missing from CS3, it only allows me to use Encore.

Again, I don't need to author, just export the timeline onto the DVD using auto play in my automated playback system for the cable channel we provide.
I also enjoy the option of looping the playback in 2.0.

Can anyone either tell me where this option is in CS3 or perhaps give me a quick and easy link or explanation of how to do an easy export to Encore for the above needs....

Encore is it, and it's automatic (almost). You can also export to Mpeg2 using the Media Encoder.
