mainconcept mpeg 2 dvd encoder says it needs to be activated within Premiere Pro???

My Premiere pro 1.5 version has already been activated. Why is it asking to activate the mpeg 2 dvd encoder?? I don't know what to do? I can't get it activated unless I can use the same serial and activation number taht I originally used to activate Premiere pro itself? I don't want to uninstall and resinstall premiere for fear of scewing up my project. Is there a way around this??? Under time pressure!!!
