This is something of a cross post.
I have added the ability to export LogC ProRes (or LogC ARRIRAW) to DPX using my CineonDPX package.
(Download v3.5 build 2299)
The setting is called "LogC MOV to LogC DPX". You can find it in the System Preferences->CineonDPX pane. Click on the "DPX Export" tab and change the "Conversion" popup menu to "LogC to LogC DPX". You can then use any QuickTime enabled tool to easily export a LogC ProRes files to a set of LogC DPX files.
The DPX Compressor encoder has also been updated, to export from a LogC Source.
Also, I wanted to add that I have added renderless LogC -> Rec709 Support, using ARRI's Color Science, for Final Cut Pro. Take a look at the ARRIRAW Toolkit package.
