Plura broadcast makes monitors that are supposed to be equivalent to the TVLogic monitors with less cost.

I have not had any experience with these, the the TVLogic monitors we have are pretty nice.
The only other way I know is an outboard decoder. We use an EEG VANC monitor that shows what is in the VANC. Data such as CC708, CC608, AFD, XDS, V-CHIP data, etc. It even has a display for embedded audio.
