Small monitor with CC capability

I am wanting to setup a rack with four differnt decks and be able to monitor each rack independently at the same time. I also need to ability for each monitor to be able to decode CC onto the screen. I would like something similar to this:

But I am unable to determine if these or any other small size monitors support CC. Anyone have any experience with this?

Plura broadcast makes monitors that are supposed to be equivalent to the TVLogic monitors with less cost.

I have not had any experience with these, the the TVLogic monitors we have are pretty nice.

The only other way I know is an outboard decoder. We use an EEG VANC monitor that shows what is in the VANC. Data such as CC708, CC608, AFD, XDS, V-CHIP data, etc. It even has a display for embedded audio.
