Hi Guys, I've been providing a Beta SP to a station for serveral months. I've just been notified that the v-chip info isn't showing up. I'm using MacCaption DTV with the Matrox MX02. I am exporting a VNAC movie for the captioning with the v chip selected. I than master to tape out of FCP. What I'm I doing wrong? Should I be using a black movie. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Gerald,
I've output V-chip using Matrox 4VANC recently so I'm sure it works, but there may be some settings issues. Also make sure you're using the very latest version MacCaption. If you continue to have problems feel free to contact CPC tech support.
