It should be build 57. The public beta 1 was build 50.

Would be helpful if the About window would show the version installed.

Or does it ?

A slice of color...

A found an option I haven't seem before. When you right click in the viewer in color you have the option to enable "Show Picker RGB value". Doesn't work though :(

Seems to work on my end. you just have to select the eyedropper on the left of the tools and be in either qualifier or curves mode.

Two questions with new version.
At NAB I was under the impression that V9 would allow you to generate new timecode for media and that there would be a contrast / pivot control.

a. Can you generate new timecode and export individual source clips? (e.g.: adding TC to Canon)
b. Is there a contrast / pivot function? Or is that the offset function?

Hi,

this is a really great upgrade with many useful enhancements.
I get a kick out of exploring it :)

Thank you BM!

But a little comment regarding the pop-up menus in the palettes: I would rather like to have buttons for selecting the tools instead of this pop-ups (less click actions).
And if you could make these selections (for the palettes) selectable within the main-menu - it would be a dream for all those who like to map functions to a third party controller (G13 etc).

Regards

K.

Yes please add shortcuts for the color picker and the window outline control in the viewer.
Its very cumbersome to have to look every time to change those two controls via the mouse... And since r9 I have to make an addiional click every time.

Other then that great release so far!! LOVE the new lightbox feature, it saves me so much time!!

Thank you

lee
