Looking for a bug confirmation: aspect ratios PZTR and Power Windows.

Looking for a bug confirmation and a solution.
1. Create a new project 1920x1080.
2. Add any any non-square pixel source (I had an HDV reincoded as Cineform with preserved PAR (1440x1080)) to the media pool.
3. Edit PAR to a correct value (DVCPro HD in my case)
4. Pan and tilt.
5. Create any power window.
6. Make an obvious correction.
7. Watch the correction not to align with a power window.

Yet again, is this something obvious I am missing?

I've been having a really similar issue with Power Windows not aligning with the correction. (confirmed by entering highlight mode and the highlight not aligning with the window).

Would love to find a fix for this.
