Mocha Pro

I am currently working on a project in Resolve, but it is becoming clear to me that I need to do a small amount of rotoscoping. It is unavoidable. As there is no forum for Mocha Pro, I decided to post here a very simple question: Are there any online tutorials that can explain the basic tools of Mocha so that I can get this work accomplished?
I am not looking for a paid service like Lynda or the typical, "why don't you do it in AE?" kind of responses (short answer - Mocha seems better adapted for this usage to me), just a good solid explanation of the tools, the interface and a very basic outline of how they are used with some examples...
