Using V4HD in other apps

Is there any hope that the V4HD could be accessed by the MAC OS and used in other applications?

I am loving the V4HD, using for my master record in my OB vehicle and edit suites.

Glad to hear the V4HD is a working solution for you!

Yes there is hope. MOTU is looking into adding V4HD video I/O support for additional applications on both Mac and Windows OS.

Anything specific? Gallery's Virtual VTR + V4HD would be killer!

MOTU hasn't announce support for Virtual VTR at this time. I'll certainly forward your request to the engineering team.
