One my studio clients had a Ki-Pro that wouldn’t power up. I contacted customer service and got a fast response from Hector. By the next day there was a new Ki-Pro on it’s way to me. No hassles, no deposits, they just shipped it. Thanks AJA, I’ve dealt with so many companies with horrible RMA service, you definitely are one of the best in the business!
