NX3D1U - MVC Stereoscopic Post Workflow

I am trying to create a streamlined workflow for the new NX3D1U Stereoscopic Sony Camera on a Mac/FinalCutPro X and/or 7.
The camera records in the MVC AVCHD flavor. I tried to use the included Content Management Software by Sony (via a PC) but the m2ts files that it creates are not of the same length and then it needs a transcoding to Apple ProRes anyway. Goal would be to be able to import the Camera files directly into FCP or at least an easy and streamlined way of creating L and R files in Apple Pro Res 422 codec. Once done Dashwood's Stere3D Toolbox sounds pretty promising - especially also at that price....
Is anybody else working on a workflow and willing to share/test. I am all game.

I use the Cineform workflow.

The camera I test with is the JVC GS TD-1. It can also record stereo AVCHD MVC files. I use the above method to convert into Cineform, then I can use the traditional Cineform Neo3D workflow. Works fine here!
