Encoding 3D mp4 with SEI header?

I've been using Cineform Neo3D to edit a video in 3D. One of my deliverables specifies that I must create a mp4 with SEI header (for automatic 3D playback for a mobile phone apparently) - I was wondering if it's possible for me to directly export the 3D final video from my FCP timeline (probably in side-by-side mode) and encode the mp4 with something simple like mpeg streamclip, or will I need to download a third-party software that allows me to encode such a mp4 format? I know there are some encoders available online that can create a mvc h.264 mp4 but I'm just wondering if it's necessary as they are all pretty expensive and not that reliable yet. Thanks in advance!
You will also notice a link on that particular thread to what you are after, I don't consider approx $5k affordable for what should be a simple insertion of SEI code. Hopefully Cineform will offer a more affordable solution soon, the more people that let them know that this is a needed feature, the better.
