NO ONE should upgrade to Snow Leopard OS-X 10.6, until further notice. Maxx Digital, our partners and vendors are testing to make sure all drives work and do not conflict with each other or the new OS. Thanks for your patience.

Hi, Kyle,
Can we get an update on this? I'd like to move to Snow Leopard for a few specific reasons, but can't until it'll work with my Evo 2. Any idea when we'll be able to do that?

The Areca driver is included with OS-X 10.6. So, you go right ahead and upgrade. We have heard about several bugs, but the driver is included in Apple's OS-X 10.6.
You cannot come back to us and say "hey, when I do X+Y, this happens - when are you guys going to fix this". We are at the mercy of Areca. Areca has a deal with Apple - the driver is built into
OS-X 10.6. I have not upgraded one single client of mine to OS-X 10.6 because of this, but you go right ahead. Other companies have "blessed" OS-X 10.6, and say there is no issue - but we drive Areca crazy, because we want to be bug free.
